This is the name of all cranes applying a stretched arm to lift articles. The arm is classified as either pitch and fixed type.  With the fixed type, the trolley is equipped directly to the arm, and operated by moving in an axial direction or by the arm’s rotation.  With the pitch type, the arm can pitch up and down and spin to lift loads. The types of cantilever-arm cranes vary from different shapes and purposes, and can be classified into: (1) stretched-arm cranes, (2) hammer-type cranes, (3) wall-mounted cranes and (4) level luffing crane.
